Although I joined the Harrogate and Nidderdale Art Club many years ago, I am really a member under false pretences. I can’t make any claim to being an artist - I merely enjoy drawing, and as a self professed geek, I find that digital drawing using tablet and computer, or an iPad offers a deal of scope that is denied me when I attempt to use conventional materials.

At the end of the day, one produces an image, be it a painting, a drawing, a sketch, or a disaster.

The fun, the exhilaration, or the despair comes with the journey, which surely travels through the same territory, however the final image is arrived at.
